Q-lity Computer Inc. was the USA division of Quanta Computer Inc. Quanta is a large Taiwan OEM manufacturer. Q-lity was their attempt to offer Retail products in the USA and failed.
It appears Quanta made no provisions for support of their Retail motherboards after shutting down Q-lity.
