I'm hoping someone would be able to help me locate this driver. I have a Solo 2500 notebook and I recently upgraded to Windows XP Pro. All my drivers loaded properly but I have an error with my Built-in Infrared Device. There is a yellow mark on it when I view it through the Device Manager. I have downloaded a few drivers from here but none seem to work.
Can anyone please assist me in locating this driver? Thanks in advance for any help!!

Does SOLO have a web site? or was you computer made by some one else?
look turn it over and you should find the manufactors name just try loading the drivers again that you have

To my knowledge, there is no manufacturer named Solo. Gateway make a Solo 2500 model laptop. You can find it and available drivers here:

But bear in mind that if Gateway didn't ship this laptop with Windows XP installed, they won't support it in that OS.
