HOW DO I GET A REFUND!!!!! i just purchased an premium account here at drive guide and it has done nothin but waste my money and give me a head ache none of the drivers that pop up are the right drivers for my device, the download links never open.... ive got one driver to download in the past 2 hours and it wasnt even the right one so i ended up having to deleat it... o want my money back! how can i do this???

driverguide.com hosts files and file links. You must bear in mind that many of these older drivers were uploaded by members (and not professional staff) since 1997. Many of the members chose to just provide an external link (ie: a url to another website hosting the file) and not the actual file. Webmasters of other sites continually change websites. We have no control on what other webmasters do with their sites. If they change the link then it results in a "webpage does not exist" error message in your web browser.

Or if you paid using credit card or paypal, then you should be able to get a refund via your payment company.
