This driver will allow you to charge your Razr V3, v3c, or V3m (that I know of so far) by connecting to your PC.
Prior to installing this driver, the cable would not allow my PC to charge the phone from my PC.
If your PC has wrongly recognized and installed the wrong driver; run the installation utility and allow it to remove the newer (usually wrong) driver. Then re-run the utility. This should allow you to charge your Razr from your PC.
Prior to installing, mine would always show either 20% or 60% charged and would not actually charge the phone. Good luck.
