the cd has only setup.exe file which is supposed to install the driver automatically

Perhaps someone who owns this modem can upload their driver disk.

U can use the same XP drivers for Vista HOME PREMIUM. For other flavours of vista it is not working. I tried for Home Basic, Home Premium and Ultimate.

For Home Premium follow the same installation steps for XP.
