I have a new system, but re-used CD-RW DVD rom,
XP P4 2.5 - 512 ram 128mb Graphics

Downloaded WINDVD for XP, but still wont play DVD's
It seems to ask my to turn off TV-out feature, but dont know where to look for that option.

Also downloaded latest drivers.

Any advice helpful!
