I have just reinstall my laptop NEC PC-LL900CD and I lost all driver. Can someone have driver , please send it for me. Please

When you need a driver, you don't post a thread in the "Writing Drivers" forum, you use the Driver Request forum. I have moved your post to the correct forum. And when you don't use the driver request forum, you don't get the form asking you to select the OS you're using. When you fail to mention that in your request, we have no way to help you as we cannot find drivers for an unknown os.

Do you mean instead that you re-installed the OS instead of reinstalling the laptop? If you used the restore or recovery method, you shouldn't need drivers. If you used a Windows installation disk instead, you are in for some problems as laptops require specific drivers from the laptop maker. The LL900CD is a Japanese market laptop. Support will have to come from the Japanese website for NEC support.
