DVD Recorder Progress Scan Aspire Digital AD-8091. driver update. I've read that there is an update, but the web site for Aspire Digital is useless -- it gives you options to go to a bunch of other resources -- all except the company itself. I don't know whether they got purchased, went belly up, or changed their name, but I can't seem to be able to find out where to get this updated driver.

Any help would be appreciated.

Optical drives never require a driver other than what is provided natively by the Windows OS. Why did you not select your Windows OS in the request form?
