I have windows 2000, with office xp for email I m using MS outlook (I have exchange server). By mystique I delete my user profile I want my mail back but no think can you pls help me

Well, Not much to explain,
But the only way to re establish your profile is to create a new email account within the program you want to use..
1st of all, you Will Have to have your email address and ISP info,
with the proper "POP" 3 and "SMTP" account paramenters..Provided by your
ISP Provider..
You should already have this information..
If you do not, or you have lost it..you will have to make phone calls, accordingly..

Also Call your ISP Provider, they can help you with this..
its a basic service included with any Internet service..your provider should help you..

Follow the Help guide included with your Office XP regarding setting up email accounts..It is readily available from the MS website..and almost any related type program.

Due to the fact that every ISP and account is different, it is almost impossible to explain detail by detail,
But following the Help section for all programs will guide you in the right direction..

Usually in Tools - Accounts ( for Outlook Express )
and or File - Properties

I am sorry, I dont have Office installed at the moment..
