Im running xp and need to lower resolution to 480x640 to run my dvd player on my wide screen tv how can I do this. xp wont go this low.

note also that it's 640 x 480.... not 480 x 640

1. country where you live (video standards diffre worldwide)

2. list the hardware involved, both video card and video display device used and how connected (nobody reads minds here)
