Hello! Can anyone please let me know how to make the modem on hold feature work in my Supramax 56i Voice PCI v.92? I understand an applet is supposed to be included in the driver but I could not seem to access it or is it an update that I can get somewhere? Thanks and I will very much appreciate your assistance.

Hi, I have that same feature with my US Robotics modem, I'm not sure about the applet but your service provider has to provide V92 service for the modem on hold to work. Most ISP's are still on V90.
You can use the incoming call notification but you'll need call waiting service from your phone company.
