I have avast Professional on my computer and i was just wondering what everyone thought about it or if you knew of a better anti-virus

If it's protecting your pc from virus attacks, it's just a good a the next one. It it isn't, it's time to change to Norton or McAfee. Most anti-virus programs are only as good as the most recent updates applied to them on a day by day or week by week basis. If you don't keep them updated, they won't do their job.
