There Are 4 Other Computers Pluged Into The Dsl Hub So I Know That The Dsl Is Working. Any Advice Would Help Thanks!

take it to a local shop and have them explain/show you or have someone come onsite and show you.

sorry, but there is no way we can resolve a problem when you have no understanding of even basic computer hardware. and are unable to describe to us the problem/current setup or the current OS/configuration of the laptop/network topology.

a Example of the problem:

Need To Download A Local Area Connection Driver Or Something

there are no "local area connection driver" in any windows's os's

"Dell Latitude Laptop"..... nice, care to perhaps provide WHICH MODEL ?

depending on the windows os, and the networking hardware on the laptop. thes factors determine what/how a connection to existing hardware is installed/configured.

and the statement "or something" in reguards of asking for help speaks for itself.

if you wish you can also start reading basic computer books on networking for whatever Os you have on your laptop and try posting a descriptive explanation of your hardware and laptop configuration in terms other than your current post.

since YOU are asking for repair/help with a laptop it stands to reasion that visiting a shop that HAS A REPAIR DEPT and also does laptops is indicated.
only YOU can make that decision not somebody who does not know where you live.
