This has been answered multiple times in previous threads. Being too lazy to read is a negative for you. That could be overlooked except your a repeat offender. And please learn the difference in a MODEM and a NIC.

EN suffix is the model ID of "Accton" products (parent company of SMC).

You will need Accton EN1207d-tx drivers which are the same as the "Mpx En5038" series chips.
