The best Vista driver for the scanjet 2400 is a file titled setup_full_2436.exe found on the HP website which is to large for someone with a dialup to download. I would like to buy the driver on a CD.

drivers are offered as HP has them posted. They are not offered in small files. I suggest you buy the cd from HP as they are the only folks offering it for sale. No one else has rights to distribute copyrighted software.
