I spent 2 hrs yesterday on the phone with microsoft tech support and even they have no idea why I keep getting this error or even what it is for so I'm hoping that someone has seen this before and knows what its for the error is called OSMIM.DLL

actually it's SPYWEAR....crap that websites ro you yourself install without undersyanding what it is or does.
