I don't understand your model number. To my knowledge Microtek never made a scanner they desginated as "MRS-1200048U". Do you mean MRS-1200 or 048U? It cannot have a "U" in the model number and be a parallel port scanner. A "U" designates a usb port. Does it have both?

Microtek built a MRS 1200 X6P model but it is only supported Windows 98SE
