Hi, I keep getting error messages "Machine needs to reach room temperature and Paper Jam" when I first switch on I've been on Brother site to check out Trouble-Shooting doesn't mention it, please help?:hdspin:

your other problem is your caps lock key is stuck in the ON position. Please turn it off as upper case typing is difficult to read and is considered YELLING.

Please ask Brother Technical support from their website (or check the instruction manual for help). Sorry, but we are not Brother specialists.
