your kicking a dead horse. Parallel port scanners (many, many models) were never supported properly even in Windows XP. If a Vista driver exists (it doesn't) Acer (now owned by BenQ) will have the driver posted first. they don't and most likely never will because of different technology needed for the newer os's. Parallel port scanners do not meet the requirements.
