Conexant doesn't build modems, they only build chipsets for modem manufacturers to use in building modems. With such a vague description, all I can suggest is to use our Driver Search Wizard and try to find drivers posted for modem using the same chipset. Or state if the modem came pre-installed in a system... if it did, you need to provide the brand and model of the system it came in.
