"Model: pci 56kbps v. 90 data fax" is not a model number. It's only a generic name. I suggest you visit one of the many Packard-Bell website to see if a driver is available. Packard Bell doesn't list modem drivers by themselves, they list drivers according to the model of pc it came pre-installed in. Without you stating which machine this device came in, we cannot help other than offer links to PB websites. Packard-Bell is no longer sold nor supported in North America.
