I need the correct drivers for my CD-R/RW-DVD ROM drive. I've been struggling to find an option be no luck to date.

No drivers are required. Windows XP provide native support that allows this drive to perform most of its functions. ie: read a data or music disk and burn a cd-r disk. Compatible 3rd party dvd decoding software allows it to play a dvd movie disk.
