I used the file 123ep22.exe and my Mustek 1200 III EP works great.
I run Windows XP Professional

I tried to run the file 123epw2k.exe but my computer showed a message stating that it was not for Windows XP.

This scanner has a parallel port.

The site www.Mustek.com is under repair.

If you "used the file 123ep22.exe and your Mustek 1200 III EP works great" then why are you trying to install 123epw2k.exe?

I used the file 123ep22 for Windows 98.
Later I got Windows XP Professional.

On the Mustek site I got 123pw2K.exe for Windows XP Professional.

The instructions on the siye were very tricky, I had even to alter Windows registry to look like Windows 2000.
It worked for awhile but a few days later the scanner stop working.
The only time I got a great usage of the Mustek Scanner was when was runing Win98.

Now I use a Canon Scanner 4200F. I am very happy with it.

How do I get a new (Mustek 1200 III EP Driver) driver for my PC which is running under the Microsoft Vista (64 bit) operating system? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
