My video cards arent working I have downloaded the drivers and installed them but nothing has changed.

My trouble started when I reinstalled windows 2000 on my laptop. My picture resolution went funny and was in the middle of the screen. Both video cards say this device cannot start (code 10). There is only 16bit colour to choose from.
Whats The Solution???????

Please help as its getting on my nerves...
