This is about the 40th similiar thread I've seen regarding this NIC chipset. Folks, learn that if you don't include a description of the pc system brand and model, chances are very slim that you'll get any help. It's possible it came pre-installed in a custom or retail motherboard, if that's the case then you should include the brand, model, and pc bios id string. Are you all too ashamed of your pc to advertise it's brand and model number?
