Could that possibly be due to the fact that maybe it doesn't exist?

Your description is better than eMachines: ie: "Network: 10/100Mbps integrated Ethernet LAN (RJ-45 port)" is how they describe it here:

http://www.emachines.com/products/products.html?prod=T6216

Emachine never shipped this machine with XP X64 installed, hence they do not have XP X64 drivers.

http://www.emachines.com/support/product_support.html?cat=Desktops&subcat=T-Series&model=T6216

And eMachines states it has a FIC K8MC51G motherboard. Have you checked FIC website to see if they offer drivers? I'd almost best they do not because of licensing agreements with eMachine.

I know that E machines never shipped a computer with XP 64. I did a clean install of XP 64 on my hobby computer, and I am trying to find a driver to get the network adapter to work. I guess if I can't find anything, I'll just have to go back to the E machines recovery disc. I didn't check the Mobo manufacturer's website, but I will now, thanks.
