Hi everyone.

Spent half a day trying to figure out why my two hds are working so slow. One is IBM/Hitachi 60G 7200 (up to UDMA100), the other Maxtor 80G 7200 (up to UDMA133), plugged in as master and slave accordingly. Cable is 80-pin, motherboard ASUS P4P800 Deluxe, brand-new BIOS, BIOS settings UDMA5 enabled for both drives. Both Windows device manager and TuneUp Utilities say drives are indeed on UDMA5, but HD Tach gives me only about 45 mb/sec on avarage on both of them. But it's supposed to be higher, isn't it?

What am i doing wrong? Is there something i'm not getting?
