I'm looking for a USB HID joystick driver for Windows 95 or even DOS, so that I can use my old gameport joystick with my USB to gameport converter. My computer did not came with an old gameport.

The adapter manufacturer would be the responsible party. And since USB is not supported in DOS, I suspect you will have limited features even if you find a Win95 driver.
