Why are you unable to enable the usb in bios? What happened to make it disabled? If a motherboard has usb controller built-in then there is alway an option to enable/disable. Is your usb controller add-on with a pci card or is it integrated on the motherboard? I've never witnessed a motherboard with an integrated usb controller that was disabled by default. But then DEC done some weird stuff with their motherboards.

Try this file: http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=442297

note: firmware is not os dependant so disregard the notice on that page that states: "for Windows 9x and Windows ME".

And it's Celebris (not Celebres)
