I could not find drivers posted on any Sony website except the following:

And this site doesn't list the model T27GP.

I don't believe this model is sold nor supported in North America. You will need to contact the Sony support site closest to country of origin.

Did you try what I suggested in post #4?

try already but still failed.

intel 82801dbm (ich4-m) is not a modem model but it really doesn't matter what model it is as you can only use drivers from the laptop maker. Attempting to use generic drivers will result in a failed install.

One would have to find the PC laptop model before he would be able to find a matching driver.
