Intel doesn't make sound cards, they make chipsets. And sound cards do not have IDE interfaces. Please provide an adequate description of your hardware, what it came installed in, and anything else that will be helpful in it's description. All you've given is a chipset number. With only that all I can suggest is to visit the Intel website.
