i could have found 1 but its a winrar zip and if i open it ther is no exe file.

not a very adequate hardware description. try stating what it come installed in, ie: pc brand and model or motherboard brand and model (if retail).

btw, there's no such file format as winrar zip. it's either in RAR format or it's in ZIP format. The file you are refering to in the link is a ZIP file. Requires unzipping to use. And don't use very much confidence in a file you download here unless it's from a trusted (experienced) member who knows how to properly describe and create a useable file.

its for a dell dimension 2400 - intel celeron 1700 mhz.
mobo chipset = intel brookdale-g1845gev.
biostype = phoenix (12/02/03)
i hope this is enough info for you :)
i'm looking for day's now, i hope you can find it.

The only pertinent info is the pc brand and model and the sound chipset. Most Dimension 2400's came with ADI198x chipsets. And Dell does provide drivers for their pc's. A few 2400's were shipped with Creative Labs sound devices.
