I can't seem to get the tv tuner to work with my windows xp home edition. I have gone to the manufacturers site and downloaded the drivers and still can't seem to get it to work properly. Can some help please???

we can not provide help untill "you" provide us with information.

we are not standing over your shoulder and therefor have no idea just what drivers from where installed how with what errors/results on your unknown hardware.

in short information provided = help given.

You have to disable the Windows XP service "Shell Hardware detection from safe mode then uninstall the video drivers, remove the device, then reboot into safe mode again.

Then install the new ATI Driver and reboot the system.
when in the normal operating mode, then re-enable the hardware detect.

then install XP SP2
