can anyone help?

i am using p3 660 mhz, with a dual boots w98se and w2k professional. i tried to install norton systems work 2004 in the w2k but unable.

the pc will just check for fat32 system consistency and it will just not load the software. in fact after a few attempts, i give up trying to load the norton.

(then when i tried to use w98se again, it has problem in starting. it managed to get going after few tries).

anyone can assist.
