I have no idea if I have got the right interface as I dont even know what that is. I have had a new motherboard put into my pc and it wiped out my audio, the motherbored is a sf2/661fx I would be very greatful to anyone who could tell me how I can get the driver to make my sound work again.

Please install the following software and post a report summary. It will id your motherboard and the hardware on it.... which you can't seem to do.

To find make and model of pc hardware, EVEREST Home Edition is a free system diagnostics, system information program that will id most hardware onboard a mb. as well as the actual motherboard.

Run the program and then:

Click on Computer
Click on Summary
Right hand window (hardware) if the text is blue this is a link to the web site for that particular hardware.
