Common chipset made by Motorola and used by dozens of companies in their modems. Amongst them are D-Link DFM-560TX, Puretek PT-3027, Wisecom WS-5614PSL, and Hawking PN578. Commonly referred to as "SM56 meaning SoftModem56. A chip which depends on the cpu of the machine to complete it's tasks. Drivers are posted on the Motorola website.

Note: use the Windows 2000 driver for XP.

But half of links r missguided, or non existing anymore..

I'm struggling 2 find driver for Motorola 62412-51 (LRT29372A-0.6 0034), 4 XP. There isn't any on Motorola site, on this site.. tried for win2k, tried all that u nammed, computer restarts after putting them.. immediately. :/
