I just put Win2k3 on a ThinkPad, hdd = toshiba MK1234GSX.

I can't seem to activate the LAN connection now, though I know it is working. How can I get this connection up? The Wireless LAN card is also not being recognized. I would just like to know what to look for, or how to found out what to look for.

Your mainboard may not suppot W2k3sv. Try to find the correct name of the LAN and do searching its driver again or use another operating system which support your LAN with available driver.

Please post driver requests in the Driver Request forum. Wireless NIC drivers have nothing to do with Windows Server 2003. This forum is reserved for questions relating to the os.
