The operating system should provide that driver. I suggest you visit the Asrock website and find drivers for your motherboard. Installing those should fix your problem. However, I'd try just deleting the sm bus controller and allow Windows to reinstall it. If that doesn't work, check your bios settings to insure they are correct.
