my Acer computer recognizes the 620ST scanner and installed it from the software, but the twain .dll file is missing. The scanner won't work without this file. The message I get is that windows reserves the dll file space, and that I should get new install information from the manufacturer. Please advise. I REALLY like and need this scanner ASAP.
