spca561.sys file ive got this and its on desktop.What i cant do is open it properly or get it to get cam on physically,how do i do this.Please help urgent thankyou j!

You must install the driver for your camera...the right driver. It has a SETUP.EXE that when run, will install spca561.sys and any other file required to make the camera work. You can download the correct driver here:
