I am looking for the one file s24trans.sys. It is required for my Intel Pro\Wireless 2100B. This device is a mini PCI card in my laptop. I have seached my OS disk and Driver installation disk and the internet, including Intel, HP and Microsoft without luck.
The file is listed as a service in the windows registery and the adapter will not start without it.
It worked fine before I reformatted my hard drive. You would think it would be on one of my disk.
I will be extremely grateful if someone could help me out. If you have a mini pci on your laptop, you could scan your hard drive for the file. It should be in the windows\system32\drivers directory.
Thanks, r2t2
