Please provide me a driver which can work with windows vista x32 . i have searched lots of sites and have downloaded about 7 drivers but none of them works .

I'd say thats a pretty fair indication or clue there are none. Drivers are not hard to find, but when they are, you might as well wait until they're released or buy a newer sound card that has support in Windows Vista 32.
