M1631 ver 1.40 driver needed plzzzzzz

i have been searching for the last week for M1631 ver 1.40 driver .
this is abit of info about what i need it for :-
motherboard- acer laboratoriesinc
model - ali 1631
version - 1.0

chipset vendor- acer labs(ali/uli)
model-ali m1621 aladdin pro 2 apg system controller
south bridge- ali m1533


i have tryed the dowload from soft lookup but the page waont let me download the file...or i dont understand???
driver32 site.....comes up with a dead page.

Download, install, and run the following software. It should help you out abit.

To find make and model of pc hardware, EVEREST Home Edition is a free system diagnostics, system information program that will id most hardware onboard a mb.

Run the program and then:

Click on Computer
Click on Summary
Right hand window (hardware) if the text is blue this is a link to the web site for that particular hardware.
