Ever since upgrading from Win 95 to ME, with certain games the screen flickers then computer crashes. I remember some time ago I did get a driver for the above chipset, which when loaded on worked a treat (don't think it was a latest driver - date was some time ago).
Anyway, as Win ME doesn't have the 5597/5598 on the installation disk, I used my old Driver CD that came with Win 95 to install the driver - so its pretty old.
Does anyone know of a better driver for this chipset that will overcome this flickering issue?
