I have a MS9307c mobo but have no PCI drivers. Has anyone any info as to how I can enable the PCI bus

I don't know about CPI but PCI is enabled automatically if you have a PCI motherboard. I know of no way it can be disabled. I suggest you install chipset drivers for your motherboard.
