I just bought this ide controller from microcenter, I dont have a floppy drive. I downloaded 2 different sets of drivers for it, and I get nothing from them, windows says 'This file does not contain information about your hardware'. I can't see the drives attached to it, windows sees them and names them, but cant find drivers, please help me!!! I'm gonna go nuts here.

Might also help if besides the card model the twit posted "which" files (names from "where" (url links) and just how he is trying to install.


people who put their brains on hold before posting a request always seem surprised that

" I download some unknown file from a unknown location for my unknown model card, and tried installing it in a unknown way."

results in us telling them to post a request that can actually have a chance of providing a solution.
