Hi, I'm getting a " window\system32\hal.dll file not found or corrupt",
"please install a copy of the file" message on my pc and i'm unable to access my desktop, I tried reinstalling the windows xp os again but I'm unable to delete the any of the partitions in hard disk or get access to them. Please help me to troubleshoot the problem.
