PCI BUS driver (pci.sys) is provided by Microsoft and included with the operating system.

xxx PCI to ISA bridge driver (isapnp.sys) is provided by Microsoft and included with the operating system.

where xxx means the chipset manufactuers name (like VIA, Intel, etc)
