Looking for a driver update for my bios i bought a new processor a AMD duron 1800 but my computer does not recognize it it says its 1350 MHZ en it sais its an unknown cpu type so i need to update my bios or something Bios string is 8363-686-IA6LMC5CC-00 And my bios version is Award Modulation 6.00pg date 09-11-2001 can someone plewase help me

Bios string doesn't look complete. it should read something like this:

02/17/2003-8363-686-IA6LMC5CC-00

The "C5" identifies the board manufacturer as "Chaplet". I've never seen nor heard of Chaplet before but here's what little info I could find about them:

The next step would be to identify what your mb model number is.

BTW, I found another site in a language I did not understand that indicated this mb is a Chaintech 7AIA5. But according to the coding, it's Chaplet. Could they be one and the same company? Don't know. You might wish to visit a Chaintech website and attempt to locate a photo of the 7AIA5 to see if it physically matches your board. It's possible they are the same board and same bios.
