I have looked everywhere for this driver. I lost the CD for the motherboard and after loading windows XP I can't get the USB to work.

USB drivers are included with Windows XP. No need to look or use others, they don't exist. USB ports are self-installed (not user installed). If USB is enabled in pc bios, drivers will load automatically without user intervention.
